It is only 25 km from Bergerac and 2 km, downhill to the historic Bastide village of Eymet. For cities - Bordeaux is less than an hour and a half drive away and you reach Toulouse in just over two hours.

The spacious accommodation is on two stories with an attached, self-contained studio apartment. The main house has, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one being en suite with large shower, basin and WC, a large well fitted kitchen, a generously proportioned lounge and integral dining area. The bedrooms include two double and one twin bedded. (A travel cot and highchair are available on request) The 2 double bedrooms have ample built in wardrobe space. Hanging space is provided in the smaller bedroom.

The apartment/studio has its own north-facing terrace for shady afternoon snoozes. It can be accessed from the drive, both terraces and stairway inside the house. It may be locked independently or with adjoining door left open become an integral part of the main house.

The house and apartment are serviced thoroughly for each new group of guests. We provide freshly laundered bed linen and a basic supply of tea towels and hand towels. We do not however provide bath towels unless specifically requested for those guests who arrive by air. Cot and highchair are available on request.
